Lekker Code, a seasoned software development and coaching firm, partnered with Immowelt to drive agile transformation across their organization. Serving as an Agile Coach, Lekker Code played a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration, communication, and productivity within Immowelt’s teams. Key responsibilities included multi-location team management, agile coaching across Immowelt and Aviv Group, reporting to C-level executives, individualized coaching sessions, and organizing social events and networking activities to foster team bonding and knowledge exchange.
